Material, light
and a sense
of place.
This 750 m² private villa in Riyadh is being developed as a carefully considered residential project, with the first design phase focusing on the ground-floor living and social spaces.
The interiors are shaped by a refined material language, balancing the depth of dark timber with natural stone, richly textured fabrics, and bespoke art pieces in a warm, neutral palette. Architectural arches establish a strong rhythm between spaces, while natural light and shadow reveal the depth, texture, and craftsmanship of each surface.
Rather than relying on overt expressions of luxury, the design explores a quieter and more timeless approach — defined through material, proportion, craftsmanship, and detail.
